Abstract

Ketidakhadiran figur ayah (Fatherless) merupakan fenomena keluarga yang semakin sering dijumpai dan berpotensi memengaruhi perkembangan psikologis remaja, khususnya dalam pembentukan harga diri. Remaja Fatherless kerap menghadapi tantangan emosional dan sosial yang dapat menurunkan penilaian terhadap diri apabila tidak diimbangi dengan faktor protektif yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara penerimaan diri dan dukungan sosial dengan harga diri pada remaja yang mengalami kondisi Fatherless. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik accidental sampling terhadap 117 remaja di Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner daring dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan diri dan dukungan sosial secara simultan berhubungan signifikan dengan harga diri (F = 51,889; p = 0,000) dengan kontribusi sebesar 47,7% (R² = 0,477). Secara parsial, penerimaan diri dan dukungan sosial masing-masing menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan harga diri. Kesimpulannya, penerimaan diri dan dukungan sosial merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan harga diri remaja Fatherless, sehingga perlu menjadi fokus utama dalam intervensi psikologis dan program pendampingan remaja.
