Abstract

Mahasiswa tingkat akhir dalam fase transisi penting dari dunia akademik menuju dunia kerja, sebuah fase yang rentan memunculkan kecemasan. Studi ini dirancang untuk menginvestigasi korelasi antara efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial dengan tingkat kecemasan yang dialami oleh mahasiswa tingkat akhir dalam menghadapi dunia kerja. Analisis dilakukan baik secara simultan maupun parsial menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kecemasan, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai F = 63,832 dengan tingkat signifikansi p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). Secara parsial, efikasi diri terbukti memiliki hubungan negatif yang signifikan dengan kecemasan (t = −5,994; p = 0,000; β = −0,494), yang mengindikasikan bahwa mahasiswa dengan keyakinan lebih tinggi terhadap kompetensi dirinya cenderung mengalami tingkat kecemasan yang lebih rendah. Dukungan sosial juga menunjukkan hubungan negatif yang signifikan dengan kecemasan (t = −3,756; p = 0,000; β = −0,310), sehingga keberadaan dukungan dari keluarga, teman sebaya, dan lingkungan akademik berperan sebagai pelindung psikologis dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian dunia kerja. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri memberikan kontribusi efektif sebesar 33,9%, dukungan sosial sebesar 19,1%, dengan total kontribusi kedua variabel terhadap kecemasan sebesar 53%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kecemasan mahasiswa tingkat akhir dalam menghadapi dunia kerja dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh faktor internal berupa persepsi terhadap kemampuan diri serta faktor eksternal berupa kualitas dukungan sosial yang diperoleh, sehingga intervensi yang berfokus pada penguatan efikasi diri dan optimalisasi dukungan sosial menjadi krusial untuk menekan tingkat kecemasan mahasiswa.
