Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fundamental makro dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan sektor tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Nilai perusahaan merupakan salah satu indikator penting yang mencerminkan kinerja dan prospek perusahaan di masa depan. Peningkatan nilai perusahaan tidak terlepas dari pengelolaan fundamental makro dan struktur modal yang optimal, serta kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan profitabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan selama periode 2020 sampai 2024. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) untuk menguji pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung antarvariabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fundamental makro berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Selanjutnya, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun, fundamental makro dan struktur modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan secara langsung. Pengujian efek mediasi menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara fundamental makro dan nilai perusahaan maupun antara struktur modal dan nilai perusahaan.
