Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, pengembangan karir, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Njata di Surabaya. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi 60 karyawan, yang semuanya dipilih sebagai sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengembangan karir juga menunjukkan dampak positif dan signifikan, khususnya dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan kesiapan karyawan untuk mengemban tanggung jawab yang lebih besar. Lingkungan kerja juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, baik dari segi kondisi fisik maupun hubungan sosial. Secara bersamaan, pelatihan, pengembangan karir, dan lingkungan kerja secara kolektif memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Njata. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji statistik seperti uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier berganda yang didukung oleh uji F dan uji t untuk memverifikasi hipotesis. Secara keseluruhan, semua indikator penelitian ditemukan valid (karena nilai r yang dihitung melebihi nilai r tabel) dan reliabel (karena nilai Alpha Cronbach lebih besar dari 0,60). Uji asumsi klasik juga mengkonfirmasi bahwa data memenuhi kriteria: (1) distribusi normal, (2) tidak adanya multikolinearitas, dan (3) tidak adanya heteroskedastisitas.
