Abstract

Mahasiswa yang bekerja menghadapi tuntutan ganda antara akademik dan pekerjaan yang berpotensi menimbulkan tekanan serta kesulitan dalam mempertahankan kinerja akademik. Kondisi tersebut menuntut adanya resiliensi akademik agar mahasiswa mampu bertahan, beradaptasi, dan bangkit ketika menghadapi tantangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial dengan resiliensi akademik pada mahasiswa yang bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Subjek penelitian ini menggunakan 110 mahasiswa di Surabaya yang bekerja. Hasil uji simultan (Uji F) menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,005), yang berarti efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap resiliensi akademik, sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri memiliki hubungan positif dengan resiliensi akademik. Selain itu hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara dukungan sosial dengan resiliensi akademik. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa efikasi diri sebagai faktor internal dan dukungan sosial sebagai faktor eksternal memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan resiliensi akademik mahasiswa yang bekerja. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan program pendampingan dan penguatan psikologis bagi mahasiswa yang bekerja.
