Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Keterlibatan dalam Pengambilan Keputusan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru di SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Taman Sidoarjo. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 43 guru dengan metode sampel jenuh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan melalui teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Pengambilan Keputusan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru. Dengan hasil analisis uji t pada variabel: 1. Motivasi Kerja diperoleh t-hitung sebesar 1,538 lebih kecil t-tabel 1,684 dengan nilai signifikan 0,132 lebih besar 0,05, 2. Kompensasi diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 7.114 lebih besar t-tabel 1.684 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil 0,05, 3. Pengambilan Keputusan diperoleh t-hitung -1.767 lebih kecil t-tabel 1.684 dengan nilai signifikan 0,085 lebih besar 0,05, 4. Secara simultan Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Pengambilan Keputusan memperoleh nilai f hitung 16.880 lebih besar f-tabel 2,83 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil 0,05.
