Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perfeksionisme dengan stress akademik pada mahasiswa kedokteran di Surabaya. Sebanyak 400 populasi dan 196 partisipan yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan accidental sampling pada mahasiswa kedokteran Angkatan 2023 dan 2024. Instrumen peneitian yang digunakan dengan metode skala MPS (Multidimensional perfectionism scale) untuk mengukur perfeksionisme dan PAS (Perception Academic Stress) untuk mengukur stress akademik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Dari hasil penelitian antara perfeksionisme dengan stress akademik didapatkan nilai korelasi 0,309 dan p-value 0,000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara perfeksionisme dengan stress akademik pada mahasiswa kedokteran di Surabaya.
