Abstract

Gangguan psikologis merupakan salah satu potensi bahaya yang sering diabaikan, meskipun sangat penting untuk diperhatikan dalam konteks kesehatan mental pekerja. Pada kenyataannya, masalah kesehatan mental dan stres kerja sering diabaikan di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan dukungan organisasi dengan stres karyawan di stasiun TV JTV. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di stasiun TV JTV yang jumlahnya 460 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 82 orang. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variable yang akan ditelii, yaitu variable (X) motivasi kerja (X1) dan dukungan organisasi (X2) yang merupakan variable bebas dan variable (Y) stres kerja yang merupakan variable terikat. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji multikolonieritas dan analisis Spearman Brown – Non Parametrik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan stres kerja yang dialami karyawan (0.083 > 0.05). Selanjutnya terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Dukungan Organisasi dengan Strest Kerja karyawan (0.023 < 0.05) artinya semakin tinggi dukungan organisasi yang diterima karyawan, semakin tinggi juga stress kerja yang dialami. Begitu sebaliknya semakin rendah dukungan organisasi yang diterima karyawan, semakin rendah juga stress kerja yang dialami.
