Abstract

Elementary school represents a crucial phase in shaping students' character and future capabilities. One way to foster student potential from an early age is by recognizing and appreciating their achievements. Acknowledging high-achieving elementary students not only boosts learning motivation but also fosters healthy competition, ultimately enhancing the quality of education at the school. The process of identifying high-achieving students should encompass both academic and non-academic aspects to ensure a fair assessment. This study combines two methods—Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS)—to improve accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, the research aims to assist teachers in identifying high-achieving students and to make it easier for parents to monitor their children's progress and achievements.
