Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana pengaruh employee engagement, kompetensi kerja, dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Jawa Timur. Sumber daya manusia dipandang sebagai aset strategis dalam mewujudkan tujuan organisasi, khususnya pada lembaga pemerintah yang berfokus pada pelayanan publik. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 95 responden yang menggunakan sampel jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, disertai dengan serangkaian uji asumsi klasik seperti uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan autokorelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Employee Engagement (X1) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,036 dan t hitung 2,133. Work Competency (X2) juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,003 dan t hitung 3,059. Selain itu, Pelatihan Kerja (X3) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 dan t hitung 8,178. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Jawa Timur, dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 403,595 dan signifikansi kurang dari 0,001. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan keterlibatan pegawai, pengembangan kompetensi, dan pelatihan yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan BKKBN. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia di sektor pemerintahan. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengambilan kebijakan strategis dalam merancang program-program pengembangan pegawai.
