Abstract
The Outcome Based Education (OBE) curriculum is an approach that focuses on achieving measurable and observable learning outcomes. In 2020/2021, University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya began implementing an OBE-based curriculum in several of its study programs. Since implementing an OBE-based curriculum is still considered relatively new, it will take time to implement it in all study programs. Some of the problems that occur are in the preparation of Semester Learning Plans (RPS) and evaluation of Learning Achievements which are still carried out manually, which shows that the implementation of RPS preparation and evaluation of learning achievements is still not efficient and optimal. The aim of this research is to design a system design with a good and simple appearance and add features that help lecturers in managing RPS and evaluating learning outcomes. The design design process uses the Design Thinking method which will produce a prototype in the form of a website which will be tested using the UMUX-Lite method in order to obtain design results that suit the user. The results of the analysis produced positive feedback, with an average score of 82.5 with the adjective twigs worth "Excellent". So it can be concluded from the results of the evaluation carried out on users that it is acceptable.
