Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara work-life balance dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya. Penelitian kuantitatif ini melibatkan 104 karyawan sebagai responden yang dipilih secara acak. Variabel yang diuji Meliputi work- life balance, organizational citizenship behavior, dan kinerja karyawan, dengan menggunakan skala Likert untuk pengukuran data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t sebesar -2,132 dan p = 0,035, yang mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik work-life balance, maka semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan organizational citizenship behavior menunjukkan hubungan positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (t = 1,271, p = 0,207). Secara simultan, work-life balance dan organizational citizenship behavior memberikan kontribusi sebesar 7,3% terhadap kinerja karyawan (R² = 0,073), yang menunjukkan bahwa meskipun keduanya mempengaruhi kinerja, faktor eksternal seperti budaya organisasi dan dukungan manajerial lebih dominan. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya kebijakan perusahaan yang mendukung work life balance untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, serta pentingnya menciptakan budaya organisasi yang mendukung organizational citizenship behavior untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal.
