Abstract

PT. Surya Indo Plastic (SIP) adalah perusahaan yang menyediakan kemasan makanan PET daur ulang berkualitas luar biasa untuk industri makanan dan minuman. Didirikan pada tahun dua ribu enam di Sidoarjo, Indonesia. Perusahaan ini ingin memberikan dampak positif dan berkontribusi dalam melindungi lingkungan dengan menawarkan kemasan makanan yang mengandung seratus persen bahan plastik daur ulang. Perusahaan bekerja keras untuk mempercepat daur ulang produk Surya Indo Plastik. Karena setiap gelas dan setiap tutup yang dibuat akan membuat perbedaan. PT.Surya Indo Plastic memberi contoh bahwa kemasan dapat dan harus dibuat secara berkelanjutan, untuk mencegah sampah plastik masuk ke lingkungan kita. Dengan meningkatkan kesadaran, mendukung ekonomi sirkular, dan mendorong individu dan perusahaan untuk mendaur ulang.Tujuan PT. Surya Indo Plastik adalah membuat perbedaan dalam kemasan makanan melalui inovasi, tanggung jawab, dan kolaborasi. Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan otentik, identitas organisasi dan keterikatan karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja perusahaan pada PT. Surya Indo Plastik di Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan PT. Surya Indo Plastik di Sidoarjo. Pemilihan responden dilakukan dengan metode non-probability sampling jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak dua ratus delapan orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan otentik, identitas organisasi dan keterikatan karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja perusahaan PT. Surya Indo Plastic di Sidoarjo.
