Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini sesuai dengan rumusan permasalahan adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Work-Life Balance, Self Efficacy, dan Job Insecurity Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PR. Alfi Putra Trenggalek. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Eksplanatori yaitu menjelaskan hubungan antar variabel-variabel penelitian dan menguji hipotesis. Metode analisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan produksi di PR. Alfi Putra Trenggalek sebanyak 80 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket kuesioner sebagai sumber data awal. Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan program statistik SPSS versi 27. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji korelasi (R), uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji t (parsial) dan uji F (simultan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, work-life balance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PR. Alfi Putra Trenggalek. Self efficacy berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PR. Alfi Putra Trenggalek. Job insecurity berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PR. Alfi Putra Trenggalek. Hasil penelitia secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance, self efficacy, dan job insecurity secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PR. Alfi Putra Trenggalek.
