Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Price Perception partially and simultaneously on Consumer Satisfaction of TikTok Shop users. The independent variables in this study are Product Quality (X1), Service Quality (X2) and Price Perception (X3), while the dependent variable in this study is Consumer Satisfaction (Y). The population of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, University of August 17, 1945 Surabaya who had used and made transactions at TikTok Shop in Surabaya. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The sampling technique in this study used the Lameshow and purposive formulas with a sample size of 100 respondents of students of the Faculty of Economics, University of August 17, 1945 Surabaya, TikTok Shop users in Surabaya. The data collection technique used the questionnaire distribution method in this study using the Multiple Linear Analysis method, t-test and f-test. Based on the test results with analysis using SPSS, it can be concluded: Product Quality, Service Quality and Perception of Price have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction.
