Abstract
This study aims to explore the relationship between Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) and Psychological Well-Being. This research employs a correlational quantitative method. The technique used in this research is quota sampling, which involves selecting samples from a population with specific characteristics until the desired number is met. The sample for this study consists of 100 respondents who are teenagers using social media. The findings indicate a negative relationship between Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) and psychological well-being, meaning that the higher the Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) experienced by teenagers, the lower their psychological well-being.
