Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh transformasional leadership, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Sampel yang diambil sejumlah 65 karyawan pada Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabelitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial) dan uji F (simultan) uji koefisien determinsi (R²) yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 30. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara transformational leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan t sebesar <0,001 dari 0,05. Budaya organisasi secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan t sebesar <0,001 dari 0,05. Lingkungan kerja secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan t sebesar <0,001 dari 0,05. Transformational leadership, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan F sebesar <.001b dari 0,05. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan rujukan dan penunjang dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Jawa Timur yang berkaitan dengan Transformational Leadership (X1), Budaya Organisasi (X2), dan Lingkungan Kerja (X3) pada Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Jawa Timur.
