Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stres kerja dan self-efficacy dengan burnout pada karyawan CV. Cuellar safe. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi regresi linier berganda. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 74 karyawan CV. Cuellar safe. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuisioner secara onlinemenggunakanG-formdenganmenggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang searah antara stres kerja dan self-efficacy dengan burnout yang dapat dilihat dari hasil nilai F sebesar 17.287 dan skor signifikansi 0.000 (<0.001) artinya terdapat hubunganyang sangat signifikan antara stres kerja dan self- efficacy dengan burnout. Selanjutnya pada stres kerja dengan burnout dengan skor korelasi 0.543 dan skor signifikansi 0.000 (<0.001) artinya terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara stres kerja dengan burnout. Selanjutnya pada hasil self- efficacy dengan burnoutdiperoleh skor koefisien korelasi sebesar -0.048 yang artinya terdapat hubungan negatif dan skor signifikansi 0.342 (<0.001) artinya terdapat hubungan negatif antaraself-efficacy dengan burnout. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis pada stres kerja dengan burnout diterima namun sebaliknya hipotesis self- efficacy dengan burnout ditolak. Hal ini dapat diartikan semakin tinggi tingkat stres kerja, semakin tinggi pula tingkat burnout. Namun sebaliknya ketika tingkat self- efficacy yang lebih rendah pada karyawan tidak secara langsung memengaruhi peningkatan pada stres kerja dengan burnout.
