Abstract

CV. Faris Collection merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang custom konveksi, yang beralamat di Jl. R. Suprapto, Bringin, Jiken, Kecamatan Tulangan, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. CV. Faris Collection memproduksi berbagai macam jenis pakaian dan atribut sekolah lainnya. CV. Faris Collection memiliki tujuan perusahaan untuk menjadi perusahaan besar yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen serta dapat memberikan jasa terbaik dalam bermitra. Oleh karena itu, CV. Faris Collection terus berupaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya agar mampu menghasilkan produk sesuai harapan konsumen. Di tengah upaya menghadapi persaingan dan memenuhi naiknya permintaan pasar menyebabkan industri ini membutuhkan karyawan dengan kinerja yang baik dan cepat dalam memproduksi beragam produk konveksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance, lingkungan kerja, dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Faris Collection, Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kinerja karyawan dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan, terutama dalam industri konveksi yang menghadapi persaingan ketat dan dinamika pasar yang terus berubah. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 105 karyawan sebagai responden dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Analisis meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan menunjukkan perlunya perbaikan lingkungan kerja fisik dan non-fisik. Etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen tersebut memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 72,3%, menunjukkan model penelitian mampu menjelaskan sebagian besar variabilitas kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa peningkatan work-life balance, lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, serta etos kerja yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara signifikan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk memperhatikan keseimbangan kerja-hidup karyawan, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, serta mendorong etos kerja yang baik untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing perusahaan.
