Abstract

Guru sekolah dasar sering menghadapi tekanan kerja yang dapat menurunkan kesejahteraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self compassion dan dukungan sosial dengan teacher well-being pada guru sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif korelasional dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 130 guru sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Blitar yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 26.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan self compassion dan dukungan sosial secara simultan memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan teacher well-being (F=105,771, 0,000<0,05). Secara parsial, self compassion menunjukkan hubungan positif signifikan dengan teacher well-being (t=10,081, 0,000<0,005). Artinya semakin tinggi self compassion, maka akan semakin tinggi pula teacher well-being. Pada dukungan sosial menunjukkan hubungan positif signifikan dengan teacher well-being (t=3,022, 0,003<0,005). Artinya semakin tingg dukungan sosial, maka akan semakin tinggi pula teacher well-being. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa self compassion dan dukungan sosial merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi teacher well-being pada guru sekolah dasar, baik secara bersama-sama maupun masing-masing.
