Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyse the influence of work-life balance, quality of work life, and work ability on employee performance at PT Sampoerna Jaya Baja. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to employees. The research sample consisted of 50 employees of PT Sampoerna Jaya Baja. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between work-life balance variables, quality of work life, work ability and employee performance. The results showed that: (1) There is a significant influence between work- life balance on employee performance at PT Sampoerna Jaya Baja (2) There is a significant influence between quality of work life on employee performance at PT Sampoerna Jaya Baja (3) There is a significant influence between work ability on employee performance at PT Sampoerna Jaya Baja. This research provides important implications for human resource management in employee management. It is important for companies to pay attention to work-life balance, quality of work life, and work ability. Because this will have a positive impact on individual performance and the organisation as a whole. Keywords: Work-Life Balance, Quality Of Work Life, Work Ability, Employee Performance.
