Abstract
In this increasingly competitive era of globalization, competency certification is a requirement so that individuals can enter the workforce according to their competence. This research aimed at examining how organizational culture, transformational leadership and teamwork influence organizational learning, organizational innovation, and organizational performance with quality management as a moderating factor in professional certification agencies (a.k.a LSP P3) in East Java. The population in this study was 38 LSP P3. The sample was selected by total sampling and the results obtained were 150 respondents. The data obtained was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS statistical program. The results of the study prove that: 1) Organizational culture, transformational leadership, teamwork partially have significant effects on organizational learning; 2) Organizational culture and teamwork have significant effects on organizational innovation; 3) Organizational culture, team work, organizational learning, organizational innovation partially have a significant effect on organizational performance; 4) Transformational leadership has no significant effect on organizational innovation; 5) Transformational leadership has no significant effect on organizational performance; 6) Quality management moderates the effect of organizational learning on organizational performance; 7) Quality management moderates the effect of organizational innovation on organizational performance.
