Abstract

Counterproductive behavior is an act that is detrimental to oneself and the organization. A person can carry out counterproductive actions that are directly related to himself and the organization. The preparations carried out by prospective members of the Indonesian National Police are not only physical preparations but psychological preparations also need to be considered. It is hoped that psychological preparation can minimize the level of stress, anxiety, and depression will be placed after attending formation education at SPN. From the results of the initial screening and anev from AS HR Chief of National Police on August 16 2023 formation education at several SPNs showed that National Police Non-Commissioned Officer students at Central Kalimantan Regional Police experienced nervousness, fear, nervousness, anxiety, and feelings of fear of placement after attending formation education. The results of research using SPSS version 24 obtained calculated F value data of 24.754 with p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). The contribution of social support as a mediator variable and anxiety about placement together on counterproductive behavior is 21.8%.
