Abstract

Salah satu komponen utama pada mesin penggiling padi adalah rangka. Rangka merupakan bagian fundamental yang paling penting terutama untuk digunakan pada permesinan, karena fungsi rangka adalah sebagai penopang komponen itu sendiri, serta mampu menahan gaya aksial, normal, dan momen untuk menjaga kestabilan pada mesin. Kekuatan rangka tergantung dari bentuk atau jenis konstruksinya yang mampu menahan beban puntir dari mesin dan juga menahan guncangan yang diberikan pada saat mesin bergerak. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana simulasi pembebanan rangka pada mesin penggiling padi dengan menggunakan software Solidworks. Perkembangan teknologi menciptakan sebuah mesin penggiling padi untuk memudahkan pekerjaan petani. Dalam pembuatan rangka mesin, tentu harus diperhitungkan dengan akurat. Di sini digunakan aplikasi Solidworks 2020 untuk memudahkan dalam menganalisis kekuatan dari rangka mesin penggiling padi.
