Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is a relationship between career guidance and adversity quotient and anxiety among female students at Sidoarjo Vocational School. This research is a correlational study which aims to identify the relationship between career guidance and the adversity quotient and anxiety. This research was conducted to find out whether the anxiety of students who do not continue their studies after graduating from vocational school can be overcome with the help of career guidance provided by the school or whether this anxiety can even be overcome by themselves. The participants in this research were 145 students attending Sidoarjo Vocational School who were currently in class XII, male and female. This research technique is a purposive sampling technique where samples are taken in accordance with the researcher's objectives. The data collection method was carried out through distributing questionnaires via Google From media. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS computer program. As for the results obtained from multiple linear regression, there is a correlation value of F 27.091, which means there is no relationship between career guidance and the adversity quotient and anxiety, meaning this explains that career guidance and the adversity quotient and anxiety have no relationship. This research was proposed to find out whether career guidance and adversity quotient have an effect on student anxiety.
