Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai topik penerapan mengenai anggaran operasional dengan menganalisis anggaran operasional dan mengetahui bagaimana anggaran merupakan instrumen pengendalian. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dengan narasumber di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Mulyorejo Surabaya. Pengolahan data anggaran operasional menggunakan Microsoft Exel 2016 untuk analisis varians. Hasil yang diperoleh merupakan anggaran agar seluruh pegawai dapat melaksanakan aktivitas atau aktivitas sesuai dengan program kerja yang telah ditentukan. Hasil analisis variansi anggaran operasional dengan realisasinya menggunakan metode yang menguntungkan (menguntungkan). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kantor telah mencapai efisiensi yang jarang terjadi dalam urusan operasional.
