Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh presepsi harga, kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan diBaby Food Bubur Bayi Organik di Sidoarjo. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 responden dengan metode non probability sampling.Teknik pengumpulan data yang menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan dan data yang terkumpul dianalisis statistik dengan memanfaatkan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel presepsi harga, kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil uji f variabel presepsi harga, kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan memiliki tingkat kelayakan model yang tinggi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.Koefesien determinasi (R2) sebesar 50,9% menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh variabel presepsi harga, kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan,sedangkan sisanya sebesar 49,1% kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini
