Abstract

This research aims to determine the correlation between organizational commitment and quality of work life with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) or extra role behavior of ASN (State Civil Apparatus) in the X Regency Government Environment. This research involved 333 ASN who have represented all areas in the X Regency Government Environment using random sampling techniques to determine research participants. Data collection used the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) scale developed by researchers, the organizational commitment questionnaire, and the quality of work life scale which was distributed online using Google form. The research data has been tested using assumptions. Normality test, linearity and multicollinearity test and the data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that organizational commitment and quality ofwork life together have a significant relationship with organizational citizenship behavior with a significance value of 0.000 <0,01. Organizational commitment is also proven to have a positive and significant relationship with organizational citizenship behavior with a t coefficient value of 9.875 and a significance of 0.000 <0.01. Likewise, the quality of work life also have a positive and significant relationship with organizational citizenship behavior with a t coefficient value of9.833 and a significance of 0.000 <0.01
