Abstract
Currently, many companies are involved in the sale and production of aluminum, and some of them are experiencing rapid growth. One of the companies that has experienced rapid development is UD. Makmur Abadi Aluminum, a company that focuses on the sale of aluminum and ready-made glass products domestically, especially in the eastern part of Indonesia. In line with the high economic growth and rapid development in the industrial sector, especially in infrastructure and property development, UD. Makmur Abadi Aluminum plays a role by providing ready-to-use aluminum products. With high dedication from its staff and employees, the company also maintains a complete stock of various types of aluminum, always prioritizing customer satisfaction and trust . This research aims to describe the current internal and external situations occurring in the company and to formulate its business development plan. Data for this research was obtained through interviews and questionnaires, then analyzed using the SWOT Matrix and Internal-External Matrix approaches. The research results indicate that UD Makmur Abadi Aluminum is currently in quadrant I, which means they can adopt an aggressive strategy by leveraging the combination of strengths-opportunities (S-O) as the basis for their business development.
