Abstract

The benchmark for satisfaction with health services, namely quality and quality, has an impact on patients returning to the institution to provide effective services and also supports an efficient, successful program that is commensurate with the regulations that have been recorded. This e-Health program can also be felt by the wider community perfectly. Therefore, the government is developing through e-Government which has received quite a lot of appreciation from many groups, namely the innovation in government services carried out in Surabaya is the innovation of health services through E-health itself, an application for online registration. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing e-health in health services at the Benowo Community Health Center using qualitative methods, so the data collected comes from direct observation through interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that there are 10 components, some of which are running well.
