Abstract
In Indonesia, trading businesses, especially cafe businesses, continue to grow every year by 15-20 percent. This number shows that the market for this industry is still very large, and encourages many business people to start their own businesses. In order to win the intense competition in Paciran village, business people must always be alert to changes in the market and create new ideas - ideas by making something different and creative while paying attention to customer wants and needs. Among the many cafes in Paciran village, Cafe Aola Lamongan is the best place to spend time with friends and family. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is a significant influence of digital marketing and e-service quality on Cafe Aola Lamongan customer satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population in this study were consumers who had visited Cafe Aola and the sample in this study was 100 respondents. The results of this research show that the digital marketing variable has a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable of Cafe Aola Lamongan, the e-service quality variable has a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable of Cafe Aola Lamongan.
