Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the flow of supply chain (supply chain) of ducks which includes product flow, financial flow, and information flow from duck breeders to restaurants "Depot Duck and Fried Chicken Pak Qomar", to determine the efficiency and effectiveness or not the supply chain that occurs from breeders to restaurants, and to determine the added value of breeders, suppliers, and restaurants "Duck Pak Qomar". The results of this study are the flow of the supply chain, which includes the flow of products, there are live ducks sent by the breeder, namely Mr. Affandi to supplier I, namely Dimoro Market Blitar to supplier II, namely Petemon Market Surabaya. The live duck is then sent to the "Bebek Pak Qomar" restaurant to be processed into processed duck meat at the "Bebek Pak Qomar" restaurant and served to end consumers. The added value obtained from the supply chain that has been done has a different percentage. Farm gate price of Mr. Affandi's duck farm is Rp 20,792.37 with a profit % of 1.7%, the percentage of added value at the supplier obtained by supplier I by 6.2%, and supplier II by 4.53%, and the percentage of added value obtained by the restaurant "Bebek Pak Qomar" by 44.4%. A larger percentage of added value indicates that the business is more effective and efficient in this supply chain.
