Abstract
Decoration services are currently on the rise among the public to meet the lifestyle of people who need assistance with decoration services and in carrying out their events. In an effort to make consumers interested in the products or services offered to maintain business goals, companies need to understand how to factors that influence Purchasing Decisions such as in terms of Service Quality, Price, and Sales Promotion. The object of this research is "R" Project Decoration in Sidoarjo, which is a business in the field of decoration services that has been established since 2018. In running its business field, "R" Project Decoration itself has certain targets for events per year, but it turns out that these targets sometimes cannot be achieved due to unforeseen circumstances, for example during the Covid outbreak. This research explains the influence of Service Quality, price and sales promotion on purchasing decisions for "R" Project Decoration services in Sidoarjo. This research uses a quantitative approach and the type of research used in this research is associative research. The research instrument used in this research to obtain data is a questionnaire or questionnaire given to consumers of "R" Project Decoration Sidoarjo in 2023. The population in this research is all consumers of "R" Project Decoration in Sidoarjo in 2023. This research was conducted using techniques non�probability sampling. The sampling technique was a saturated sample/census with a total of 55 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained from this research show that Service Quality, Price and Sales Promotion influence both individually and jointly the decision to purchase "R" Project Decoration services in Sidoarjo.
