Abstract

Every business requires resources to achieve its goals. These resources include financial, natural, human resources, as well as knowledge and technology. The success of a business is influenced by the human resources it possesses, which is the most significant resource. The availability of human resources within an organization or company is crucial, as it is believed that there is a ratio that serves as a guideline for completing tasks or jobs, especially in construction companies. In this study, the author uses PT. Data Struktur Mandiri Tangerang as the research object. PT. Data Struktur Mandiri Tangerang is a company in the construction field. The effectiveness of human resources can be used to determine how well construction personnel perform on a project. PT. Data Struktur Mandiri Tangerang applies a Transformational Leadership Style where leaders pay attention to, motivate, and treat employees well. However, sometimes employees often underestimate such a leadership approach. This attitude from leaders impacts their performance, making it less optimal and undisciplined. Common issues at PT. Data Struktur Mandiri Tangerang include employees working at their own discretion, not meeting targets, and tending to procrastinate. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence of the variables Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership Style, and Work Environment on the Performance of Employees at PT. Data Struktur Mandiri Tangerang. The research method used in this study is quantitative, with a sample of 55 respondents, all of whom are employees of PT. Data Struktur Mandiri Tangerang. The sampling technique used is a census or saturated sample. The research was conducted over four months from February to June 2024. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership Style, and Work Environment have a significant partial influence on Employee Performance. Likewise, the simultaneous or collective results show that all variables have a significant influence on Employee Performance.
