Abstract
The progress of the new era has increased internet users, especially in Indonesia. With the rapid development of a new era in the world of marketing, the author is interested in the latest marketing today which uses digital marketing techniques to be used as an addition or development to previously existing traditional marketing methods. The increasingly rapid development of technology in the modern era can cause changes in human behavior in shopping. Marketplaces are the current shopping trend among young people. Popular e-commerce platforms in Indonesia include Shopee. Digital marketing is one of the marketing media that is in great demand by the public. People are also starting to abandon traditional marketing and prefer modern marketing models, namely Digital Marketing. The increasing number of social media users has become a great opportunity for business people to be able to market their products. This research aims to find out how much influence Digital Marketing and Online Customer Reviews have on purchasing decisions for Aerostreet products in Surabaya. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this research are consumers who have purchased Aerostreet products in Surabaya and collected data using a Likert scale. Meanwhile, the sample used 100 respondents. The data processing technique in this research uses SPSS. It can be concluded that Digital Marketing and Online Customer Reviews have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Aerostreet products at the Shopee market place in Surabaya
