Abstract
Bigetron Esports, sebuah organisasi olahraga elektronik asal Indonesia, telah menjadi salah satu tim esports terkemuka di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, kita akan menganalisis strategi komunikasi yang digunakan oleh Komunitas Bigetron Esports dalam membangun reputasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis data dari postingan feed dan reels Instagram @bigetronesports. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang digunakan oleh Komunitas Bigetron Esports dapat membantu membangun kesan yang baik di mata masyarakat. Strategi komunikasi yang digunakan termasuk memperkenalkan beberapa pemain serta memperkenalkan sponsor yang bergabung dengan tim Bigetron esports dalam suatu acara offline yang berjudul “Bigetron CON 2024” yang diadakan pada tanggal 2 Februari 2024 di Lippo Mall Kemang. Dalam penelitian ini, kita juga menemukan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang digunakan oleh Komunitas Bigetron Esports dapat membantu meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap tim dan acara-acara yang diadakan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu organisasi esports lain untuk meningkatkan reputasi mereka melalui strategi komunikasi yang efektif.
