Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Determining Capacity to Determine Delivery of Goods and Production Planning to Fulfill Delivery Agreements at CV. Cuellar Safe.” The research carried out by the author in preparing this thesis used descriptive research methods and a quantitative approach. The research stages that researchers used were Field and Literature Studies. The data collection techniques that researchers use include company demand data, component data. The data processing techniques that researchers use include Forecasting, Normal Time and Standard Time, Linear Programming, Supplier Evaluation. The results of this research answer the problem formulation, namely that forecasting results for the next 6 months are obtained with results May = 29.3333, June = 33.3333, July = 35.6667, August = 37.3333, September = 36.3333 and October = 34.3333. Second, determine production capacity to determine delivery of goods on CV. Cuellar Safe obtained the results of observations and calculations for Charity Box = 5658 minutes (94 Hours), BPKB Filing Cabinet = 5842 minutes (97 Hours), ZIB T.54 = 4687 Minutes (78 Hours), Perfect Size III = 5754 minutes (96 Hours) , Third, to meet production capacity at CV. Cuellar Safe researchers used linear programming as a basis for calculations with the Lingo platform and found the results Variable results A = 0.9882469, B = 0, C = 0, D = 0, with a profit value of the production amount to meet demand, namely 1481639, standard on CV. Cuellar Safe, the author conducted a questionnaire on the owner and assistant and reached conclusions using the AHP method and found that the results of supplier B were very better than the other two suppliers, so the results of the selection of 3 supplier Bs were selected. After conducting the research, the researcher gave suggestions, to increase production capacity by increasing working hours, this can be done by imposing overtime or increasing work shifts, so that the company can work more than 8 hours per day, or by adding labor and machines, secondly, Companies must pay attention to labor SOPs both in delivery, stock and production processes so that they do not experience production delays and order delays and companies must know the company's capacity so that there are no order delays.
