Abstract

This research discusses organizational communication patterns in increasing employee work motivation at PT. Karya Mulia Lentera Persada Sidoarjo. How do organizational communication patterns increase work motivation at PT. Karya Mulia Lentera Persada and what factors hinder and support the organizational communication process between leaders and employees in increasing work motivation at PT. The Karya Mulia Lentera Persada. This research aims to determine the patterns and processes of organizational communication in increasing work motivation at PT. Karya Mulia Lentera Persada and to determine the factors that support and hinder the organizational communication process in increasing work motivation at PT. Karya Mulia Lentera Persada. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The theory used in this research is Karl Weick's organizational information theory. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Organizational communication patterns used by PT. Mulia Lentera Persada work is a wheel pattern, chain pattern and star pattern. Supporting factors for communication patterns in increasing employee work motivation at PT. Mulia Lentera Persada work includes establishing good relationships between leaders and subordinates, adequate facilities and infrastructure, providing rewards to employees who excel.
