Abstract
Industry is part of MSMEs, industry itself is a business whose activities are related to processing/manufacturing raw materials into finished raw materials in factories. Currently, industrial competition is very tight, industry owners are faced with various opportunities and threats both from within the industry and threats from outside the industry. If the industry cannot overcome the threats that occur, it will likely endanger the survival of the industry. There are many industrial centers in Garum District, especially the Tofu and Tempe industry. This research aims to determine the significant influence of the variables entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial competence and social media on competitiveness in the tofu and tempeh industrial center in Garum District, Blitar Regency. Quantitative research methods were used in this research, the type of research used was associative, the sample in this research was 30 respondents who were industrial owners in Garum District. Sampling with saturated samples (census). This research was conducted for four months from March-June 2024. The results of this research show that entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial competence, and social media have a significant effect on competitiveness. However, for entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial competence it has a significant positive effect and for direction social media has a significant negative effect on competitiveness. Therefore, entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial competence, and social media together have a significant impact on competitiveness.
