Abstract

Penelitian ini berisi tentang permasalahan perparkiran di Pasar tradisional Dukun,Kabupaten Gresik,Jawa Timur. Dari hasil survei yang telah dilakukan, parkir on-street Pasar tradisional Dukun tidak mampu menampung lonjakan kendaraan para pengunjung pasar pada saat jam-jam sibuk pasar. Penggunaan lahan parkir on-street yang tidak optimal dan kurang teratur, mengakibatkan pengunjung memarkir kendaraan di sembarang tempat dan menciptakan gangguan lalu lintas. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti akan menggunakan metode survei patroli parkir dan metode survei inventarisasi ruang parkir untuk menganalisis karakteristik, kapasitas, dan kebutuhan Pasar tradisional Dukun. Tujuan dari survei ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa banyak petak parkir yang tersedia di daerah studi serta menghitung jumlah tempat parkir yang ada di lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian mencatat akumulasi maksimal terjadi pada Minggu, 28 April 2024 dengan 93 motor dan 12 mobil, serta lonjakan signifikan pada jam 06.01-07.00 WIB. Volume parkir motor maksimal terjadi pada Kamis,2 Mei 2024 dengan volume motor tertinggi mencapai 295 kendaraan, dan mobil mencapai 31 kendaraan. Durasi parkir motor terlama, Rabu, 1 Mei 2024 267 menit, dan mobil Senin,29 April 2024 201 menit. Tingkat pergantian parkir maksimum terjadi pada hari Kamis, 2 Mei 2024 dengan 4,91 Kend/hari/ruang untuk motor, dan 1,91 Kend/hari/ruang untuk mobil. Indeks parkir maksimum motor dan mobil masing-masing sebesar 156 persen melebihi 100 persen. Kapasitas ruang parkir saat ini tidak mencukupi, sehingga Pasar tradisional Dukun memerlukan penambahan lahan parkir sebesar 141 m2 untuk motor dan 138 m2 untuk mobil. Kesimpulannya, kondisi ruang parkir saat ini melebihi kapasitas parkir yang ada.
