Abstract
This research aims to identify the influence of Organizational Commitment, Recruitment and Employee Retention to improve employee performance at PT. Tjakrindo Mas furniture department in Gresik. The number of samples involved in this research was 63 employees, using the saturated sample method. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research results show that the three variables, namely Organizational Commitment, Recruitment and Employee Retention have a positive influence on employee performance. Based on the results of the t test for the Organizational Commitment variable on the Employee Performance variable, it was obtained that the t count was 4,349 which was greater than the t table of 2,000 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so from this test it could be interpreted as having a positive and significant influence, in the t test the Recruitment variable on the Employee Performance variable was obtained. t count is 3,112 which is greater than t table 2,000 with a significant value of 0.000<0.05 which means it has a positive and significant influence, and for the t test of the Employee Retention variable on the Employee Performance variable, t count is 2,881 which is greater than t table 2,000 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means it has a positive and significant influence.
