Abstract
Mr. Nandar has a home micro industry that produces tempe products in Wormarto Village Kediri Regency and was founded in 1983 . The problem that often occurs is that there are still many tempeh products that experience defects which can reduce and affect consumers' sense of trust. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out quality control on tempeh products. Quality control is an integrated and mutual activity related to what a company must do to reduce defects a product or products that do not comply with company standards. In this research the author found several types of defects in tempeh products such as blackish color and facets size . And in this research , the author uses the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method to analyze quality control in tempeh products with use tools such as : Control Chart (P-Chart) and Fishbone Diagrams. The aim of this research is to find out which defective tempe products in November 2023 are still in a stable condition or not, and For find out the types and causes of defects in temp e products in November 2023. The results of this research show For control quality Still in circumstances stable .
