Abstract
Change-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a constructive effort made by individuals to identify and implement changes needed by the company because helping behavior alone is not enough but employee behavior in improving work methods, policies and procedures to improve situations and performance. Transformational leadership can influence the emergence of change-oriented OCB behavior as an external factor because motivation and invitations to provide change to the organization make employees actively participate in the company's development. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between transformational leadership and change-oriented OCB. This research is a quantitative research that involves a total population of 90 respondents. The research results were tested using the product moment analysis test. The results of the correlation test between transformational leadership variables and change-oriented OCB obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.521 with a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.01). In conclusion, there is a significant positive relationship between transformational leadership and change-oriented OCB, meaning that the higher the transformational leadership, the higher the change-oriented OCB, conversely, the lower the transformational leadership, the lower the change-oriented OCB.
