Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan aktualisasi diri pada Tim Pendamping Keluarga stunting di Kota Surabaya. penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan penelitian korelasional. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 376 relawan Tim Pendamping Keluarga stunting di Kota Surabaya. metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online menggunakan google formulir dengan menggunakan skala likert 5 poin. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan setiap penambahan 1% nilai dukungan sosial maka aktualisasi diri akan bertambah 0,284. Koefisien regresi bernilai positif, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa arah pengaruh dukugan sosial (variabel X) terhadap aktualisasi (variabel Y) adalah positif. Berdasarkan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh dari tabel dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel dukungan sosial berpengaruh terhadap aktualisasi diri.
