Abstract
This research aims to explore the relationship between organizational climate, psychological well-being, and work engagement among police officers. Organizational climate is measured by factors such as leadership support, communication, and organizational justice. Psychological well-being is analyzed through the dimensions of happiness, life satisfaction and mental health. Meanwhile, work engagement, as the main response variable, is measured through three main dimensions: cognitive, emotional and behavioral involvement in work. Cognitive engagement reflects the level of focus and mental attention given to work. Emotional involvement shows the extent to which individuals are emotionally involved in the work duties of police officers. Behavioral engagement involves a degree of active participation and initiative in carrying out tasks. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and data collection through questionnaires distributed to police officers. It is hoped that the research results will provide in-depth insight into the influence of organizational climate and psychological well-being on the level of work engagement among police officers. The research results used the Spearman rank analysis test. The results of the correlation test between organizational climate variables and work engagement obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.782 and a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.01), so it was declared a correlation. So the higher the organizational climate, the higher the psychological well-being. The results of the correlation test between the psychological well-being variable and work engagement obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.734 and a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.01), so it was declared a correlation. So the higher the member's psychological well-being, the higher the work engagement. Looking at these results, it states that there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and work engagement and psychological well-being and work engagement.
