Abstract
Business competition can bring changes in the company so that companies need employees who have Change-oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB-CH). Change-oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB-CH) is a constructive behavior carried out by employees as a form of effort to work beyond jobdesc with an orientation towards change in a job and organization. Employees who have Change-oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB-CH) can be caused by employees who have Organizational Trust. This study aims to determine the relationship between Organizational Trust and Change-oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB-CH) in CV employees. X. This study uses quantitative research with the entire population of CV. X in Sidoarjo totaling 90 respondents. The data analysis technique uses product moment correlation test analysis with the help of the Statistical Package for Social (SPSS) Program version 25.0 for Windows. Based on the results of the calculation of product moment analysis obtained rxy = 0.230 with p = 0.029 (p <0.05) means that there is a significant positive relationship between Organizational Trust and Change�oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB-CH) in employees. These results indicate that the higher the Organizational Trust, the higher the Change�oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB-CH) owned by employees.
