Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between Internal Locus of Control and Organizational Citizenship Behavior among employees of PT X, as well as whether there is a relationship between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior among employees of PT. X. The analysis employs the independent variables of Internal Locus of Control and Transformational Leadership, with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as the dependent variable. This study falls under the category of quantitative research, utilizing correlational quantitative methods. The sampling technique involves random sampling, where subjects are selected from the entire population, consisting of 107 respondents who are employees of PT. X. The subjects in this research are employees of PT X with a work experience of more than 1 year, and the instruments used include Internal Locus of Control, Transformational Leadership, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Data analysis is conducted using non-parametric correlation analysis, specifically Spearman's rho, with the assistance of SPSS version 22.0 for Windows. The correlation coefficient results indicate a correlation of 0.571 between Internal Locus of Control and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05), suggesting a positive relationship between these variables. Similarly, the correlation coefficient results show a correlation of 0.527 between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a positive relationship between these variables. In summary, both hypotheses are accepted, indicating that Internal Locus of Control has a positive relationship with Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Transformational Leadership has a positive relationship with Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
