Abstract
This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of workload, supervision actions and organizational culture on intention to leave at PT. Sanplas Maju Jaya Sidoarjo. The hypothesis in this research is that there is a simultaneous influence of workload, supervision actions, and organizational culture on intention to leave. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires and carried out on 50 PT respondents. Sanplas Maju Jaya Sidoarjo. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 29. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The data analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis tests used are the F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. Based on the research results obtained from multiple linear regression analysis, it is Y 5.809 +0.230 X1 +0.321 X2+0.001 X3 + 1.638. The results of the F Test hypothesis show that workload, supervision actions, and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant influence on intention to leave. The results of the t test hypothesis show that workload variables and supervision actions partially have an influence on intention to leave and organizational culture variables partially have no influence on intention to leave.
