Abstract
This study aims to investigate the impact of team collaboration, workload, and job stress on the performance of employees at Aston Inn Jemursari Surabaya, a hotel service company focusing on the accommodation sector. The research sample involves 67 employees from the entire staff of Aston Inn Jemursari Surabaya. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as the primary data collection instrument. The analytical techniques include multiple linear regression, as well as hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. In the classic assumption testing stage, the research examines normality, multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, and autocorrelation. The partial results of the analysis indicate that: 1.) Team collaboration significantly influences the performance of employees at Aston Inn Jemursari Surabaya, 2.) Workload has a non-significant impact on the performance of employees at Aston Inn Jemursari Surabaya, 3.) Job stress significantly affects the performance of employees at Aston Inn Jemursari Surabaya. 4.) Simultaneously, the variables of team collaboration, workload, and job stress significantly influence the performance of employees at Aston Inn Jemursari Surabaya.
