Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of self efficacy, competence and organisational support on employee performance at PT Indo Bismar Surabaya. This research is fundamental research with the aim of developing knowledge, the variables applied refer to previous research and are developed through replication and modification, which are then formed into a conceptual framework model PT Indo Bismar Surabaya which is located at J. Bendul Merisi Selatan XI No. 39-61 Surabaya City East Java. This research was conducted from September to December 2023 This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, with research stages including problem formulation, iterature shady, background, research methods. questionnaire diuribution, questionnaire withdrawal, data processing, and drawing conclutions. The theory applied in this research is Human Resource Management. The number of samples applied in this study were 31 employees using the saturated sample method. Analysed using the Statuncal Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) негзіоя 25 Data analysis was carried out throsegh multiple linear regression analysis techniques. At for the Classical Assumption Test used, among others, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test, and Heterosendasticity Ten. As well as hypothesis testing using the best and test to determine the relationship between variables simultaneou The results showed in the 1 text conducted partially that the self efficacy variable had a significant positive effect on employee performance, the competency variable had a significant positive effect on employee performance and the organisational support variable had a significant positive effect ne employee performance. Regarding the festit shows that the variables of self efficacy competence and organisational supроит samutianeously affect the performance of employees of PT Indo Bismar Surabaya This research can explore the positive impact between self efficacy competence and organisational support on employee performance, this can have an iтраст от струче performance in the company Researchers suggest adding other variables such as prychological capital factors, Employee Experience, Green Human Resource Management, and other variables
